Guiding you home to your heart.
Hello
The Compassion and Curiosity Project
Building a bridge between the modern world and ancient wisdom for peace, joy, freedom & love.

Hello, my name is Bee.
I founded this project with the intention and mission to facilitate relationship and space to guide you home to your heart, building a bridge between the modern world and ancient wisdom for peace, joy, freedom and love.
The key to inner peace lies in embracing the present moment without judgment, even when it feels uncomfortable. By accepting our emotions and sensations without resistance, we foster openness, compassion, and clarity in our experience.
While this acceptance doesn't necessarily make discomfort vanish, it creates a space of safety and trust within ourselves. Through practices like meditation, yoga, creative practice and therapy, we can cultivate the resilience needed to navigate any situation with confidence and grace.
I am here as a guide, a reference point, a safe space for you to explore your inner landscape, i am not a healer, i am simply here to assist you in your journey to heal yourself.

Your conflicts, all the difficult things, the problematic situations in your life, are not chance or haphazard. This isn’t just bad luck. They are actually yours; they are specifically yours, designed specifically for you, by a part of you that loves you more than anything else. The part that loves you more than anything else has created roadblocks to lead you to yourself; it will go to extreme measures to wake you up. It will make you suffer greatly if you don’t listen; what else can it do? That’s its purpose. You can look at problems from the perspective from the issues themselves, or as difficulties to get rid of as fast as possible with the least struggle, or you can look at them from the perspective of them guiding you, the part of you that is guiding you to yourself. The most difficult things that happen to you on the deepest level are the most compassionate things”.
