1:1 Somatic Therapy Sessions

Offering

1:1 sessions are offered for deep individual healing and transformation, supporting you to connect with your body on the layers of the mind, the heart and the gut. 

The sessions are Compassionate-Inquiry informed, a somatic psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Mate, supported by Polyvagal theory and Intuitive energy healing. 

Compassionate Inquiry is a powerful approach that invites curiosity and welcomes all parts of ourselves, offering them a space to be heard, held, and seen. When met with compassion, presence, and safety, we begin to heal. The protective parts of us can lower their guard, recognise that safety is possible, and start to trust the process.

This can feel vulnerable, as it opens us to potential pain. However, when we experience safety and connection in our body, we develop the resilience to hold ourselves through all emotional and mental states.

The purpose is to cultivate a relationship with all parts of yourself. An invitation to return to wholeness. 

As a therapist my job is to simply guide you to attune to your own internal compass and to come into relationship and align you with your body, mind, and spirit.

Each session is 75 Minutes via Zoom.
